1. What this site is

AutoSale.pk is an advertising platform. We publish adverts placed by users. We do not own, inspect, verify, or take possession of any vehicle advertised here, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with another user. Any contract for sale is between you and the other party alone.

2. Your account

You must give accurate contact details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person or business, one account; accounts created to evade a suspension will be removed.

3. Your adverts

• Advertise only vehicles you own or are authorised to advertise.
• Describe the vehicle accurately, including its condition, mileage and registration status.
• Use photographs of the actual vehicle. Do not use images taken from other adverts or from the internet.
• State the real asking price. Bait pricing and hidden charges are not permitted.
• Do not post duplicate adverts for the same vehicle.
• Do not advertise stolen, seized, or non-transferable vehicles, or vehicles with tampered documentation.

By posting an advert you grant us a licence to display, resize and distribute its content on this site and in search results for as long as the advert is live.

4. Moderation

We review adverts before they are published and may edit, reject, or remove any advert, and suspend any account, at our discretion — usually because of a breach of these terms or a credible report from another user. We will normally tell you why.

5. Dealing safely

Meet in a public place, in daylight. Verify the registration book and chassis number against the vehicle. Never pay a deposit or transfer money before seeing the vehicle in person. We will never ask you to pay us to release a vehicle or a buyer's payment.

6. Prohibited use

Do not scrape, copy or republish this site's content in bulk; do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation; and do not use another user's contact details for anything other than the advert they relate to. Bulk marketing to users is prohibited.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that any advert is accurate or that any user is who they claim to be. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between users, from reliance on an advert, or from the site being unavailable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
