This policy explains what AutoSale.pk collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, and an email address or mobile number. One of the two is required so we can verify the account and so buyers can reach you.
• Advert content — everything you type into an advert, plus the photographs you upload. This is published, which is the point of it.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and pages viewed, kept in server logs and used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate statistics.

What we publish

Your advert, the city you selected, and the contact method you chose to display are public. Your phone number is shown only behind a "show number" control, and only if you opted to display it. Your email address is never published.

Advertising cookies

This site is funded by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our sites and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Blocking cookies in your browser also works; the site remains usable without them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies and records a truncated IP address. We do not send it your name, email address or phone number.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it to law enforcement only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Adverts are kept while they are live and for a period afterwards so they can be reactivated. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any advert yourself from My adverts.
• Update your details on your profile.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing support@autosale.pk from your registered address.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
